RBI has made the NBFC Registration process easier for applicants by giving an online platform. To obtain a licence from RBI, an existing firm or a newly created business under the Companies Act 2013/1956 must complete the following registration process.
The applicant company must apply online if it was formed under the Companies Act of 2013. The application can be submitted online at www.cosmos.rbi.org.in, which is a secure website run by the RBI.
The organisation can download a relevant application form from the aforementioned website, fill it out, and submit it.
After submitting the online application, the company must also send a hard copy of the application form (with the appropriate information).
